Ive been with Mid Usa for years now. Brian has been my agent and anytime I have questions or want to shop rates, he gets back to me immediately. Because they are an independent insurance agency, I feel I’m getting the best deal as they can shop several companies to give me the best policy for my needs. It’s like having your own personal insurance shopper.

I want to thank Kim Smith and Mid USA Insurance Agency. Kim was fantastic to work with and was absolutely professional and educated in this topsy turvy world of insurance. We had issues with the computer so Kim directly called the Healthcare website was on hold and took an hour and a half of her time to make sure things were done promptly and correctly for us. She is fantastic and we would definitely recommend her with five stars at least. Thank you Kim.

I switch Insurance agents about 8 months ago, best desision I ever made. These are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Whether you are talking to them over the phone or in their in the office, you will feel like you’re their number one client. I have commercial and RV Insurance them. No matter who I talk to, they are very quick to respond, and get back to me about any question or new quotes I may have.
