Paul began his insurance career in 1980 as an agent. After earning several awards for sales and service, he was appointed District Manager. Paul became an Independent Agent in 1990 where he fine tuned his skills so he could provide you with the best possible advice and service working to learn all facets of the independent agency system. As an independent broker, Paul is able to place numerous & various types of insurance with multiple insurance companies.

Kim began her career as an agent in 1985. Previously worked as a in customer service representative for seven years. After 10 years in the insurance field working with two other agencies, she elected to start her own company. In 1995 she co-founded Mid USA Insurance Agency, Inc. As a broker Kim places a wide range of insurance products with different insurance companies.

Jessica began her career with Mid USA Insurance Agency, Inc. in 2005. She is a licensed agent and customer service representative who works hard to ensure everything gets done correctly. Working as an administrative assistant she is charged with Quality Control.

Cindy is also a licensed agent who works hard as a customer service representative. Cindy has a customer service first attitude and stands ready to provide the personal touch our clients desire. She strives to provide superior customer service to all our clients.
